GENDER ALLIANCE PROGRAM
hr

Gender Alliance MeetingDefinition of alliance: a relationship that accepts and appreciates two or more people’s differences while, at the same time, acknowledges and supports their interconnectedness.

The Gender Alliance Program is dedicated to providing a group experience for women and men who are interested in finding commonalities. A scripted dialogue is the basis for small group interaction. Discussion alternates between same sex clusters and whole group interaction. Improved communication skills are one desired outcome of the structured, facilitated program.
